First off rude employees and manager, Food was cold plus missing items and gave them back the food and told them I wanted to speak to a manager so I can get my money back and then they talk about calling the cops for what due to having cold food and asking for my money back. Never will I ever eat from there and I worked for burger king as a manager for 4yrs + if I can give no stars this would be for this store. They need a new team and manager

Burger was cold but edible. Drinks had so much ice there was really about two sips of soda. Like with all fast food it's hit or miss.
The food was nasty, old and stale. The onion rings was hard and stale. The chicken fries was salty and old tasting . Not happy at all.
Couldn't understand the person taking my order because the speaker was messed up. The buns on both of my sandwiches seemed stale. And neither sandwich was much more than warm. Not at all what I was hoping for...
Super slow service! Pull up to the drive thru window and immediately “Hold please.” ?. Get it together. The business want your business but they seem like they could care less if you came or not.

We were traveling through from Vogel State Park back home to Florida stopped off at this location to get gas and a bite to eat at the Burger King here in forest park. we pulled up to the drive-thru there was only two cars ahead of us we waited about 10 minutes to get to the drive-thru speaker when we got there no one acknowledged us or said anything we said hello but no response. We waited about another 8 minutes and then we drove off the people ahead of us had already left the drive-thru and there was three workers that just watched us leave.
Line inside, no one to take orders. Waited 10 minutes to place an order. Ridiculous never coming back.

The burger was extremely good, hot and fresh. The only problem I had with this location is that I was the only customer inside the store when I paid with my cash app card. 2 days later I get a text saying that I just purchased at this location and I was 35 miles away. I have been unable to get in touch with anyone in management from the location. I have called the local police to file a report because I think it has to be internal. Ok
If I could give no stars I would! I pull to the drive thru and the lunch menu was up... i asked them if they could change it breakfast. The manager on duty came out slammed it around. I guess mornings aren’t her thing! Then the young lady on the headset now has attitude because i asked if it could be changed to breakfast. I tell her my order anyway. I get to the window give my card, sis hands me my card and bunched up bag of food, As you can see they legit threw my hash browns in the bag and threw the paper in there. Really and truly I would have asked for a refund but the way the universe is guiding me on this good Monday morning, it would not have been anything nice if Miss maam the manager gave me anymore attitude! All in All ?DO BETTER
Excellent customer service and good food on the night shift...
Food is good, but service a little on the slow side today, maybe just one of those days, go here often and usually good service. Had to pull up and wait for food. Noticed person in front of me did not get their order correct, so be sure and check your order before you pull out.
Service slow, food is great but the wait time is horrible if you are suppose to be fast foods

I went in and stood in an empty line for 12 minutes ignored. And I only went In because there was no cars in drive thru and no one inside however there’s a pulled up car, waiting for food and no one even tried to take my order. There was like three cashiers and four people cooking... no excuse for such poor service
Order was fast but they didn't take my coupons even though it was still good..
I always go here, had a short wait, but it was worth it cause everything was hot and on point!
I've seen some great changes and improvements. The restaurant is much cleaner on the inside, the food is fresher, and the staff is so polite. They greet you when you come in the door. They also supply you with a receipt when you make a purchase, which some BKs don't because the machine is always inoperable. I personally believe in commending when things are done correctly, as well as in when they aren't. The management has done a great job with getting this restaurant back on the right track. Keep up the Good Work! I will continue to support.
They're a tiny bit slow at this location, so be patient, but it's worth it. Food is consistent.

This place is the worst thing they have, the food is the garbage, the employees are ordinary, it is incredible, I had a whole night with her because I ate a very bad burger
If I could give them zero stars I would . I probably experienced the worst service in any fast food chain. The service is terrible, the management is terrible. Not sure who is over this location but it seems not cares about who works there and nor do they care about how paying customers are being treated. Probably will never eat at Burger King again , they obviously don’t care about the operations of their business.
Be prepared to pull forward and wait. Every time I go through there drive thru I'm pulled up to the door. Why? So you look good on your times on drive thru! Even when nobody is behind me. Get faster and you wouldn't have to cheat on your times.

Took my lunch break at 11:55 as of the sign on drive thur said order food at next window 1226 I don't take cash why is that not on the sign this the worst service ever
Took a very very very very long time even before we gotten to the speaker. Two vehicles before us. Then once at the speaker it took a good 5 to 8 minutes after someone said one moment for them to get out that they are excepting exact change or credit card and what drinks they have left. I will get back to you about the exact change, but for now gonna explain about the length of time we actually did spend at the drive thru. So not much for drink selection. Ordered a kids meal then they asked if that was all. I wasn't done. Placed a combo number one whopper burger with cheese no tomatoes and as I'm thinking and about to say another order the lady must of been in a rush cause she repeated the two orders I had placed. So I finally placed my order. I didn't get a meal. I got a double whopper burger with cheese no tomatoes and figured to try the new jalapeno cheddar poppers (which are very tiny and glad they are under $2). Then they said our total. $22.31 So I pulled forward. I had to find the .31 and glad I had a jar of pennies in the back of my vehicle. Paid the lady and she handed the drinks. Then asked us to pull forward. I pulled forward as well as two other vehicles that was after me then a few more after them. We was waiting for a good 10 to 15 minutes the first time. Finally got our food and it felt awfully light. Checked it and the double whopper with cheese no tomatoes with fries and the jalapeno cheddar poppers was in the bag. Totally forgot the whopper with cheese no tomatoes that was the order that was suppose to have the fries. So I backed up and informed them they forgot one of the whoppers. They didn't ask which one and started telling the cook to make the double whopper with cheese no tomatos. Then asked me to pull forward again cause they are on a timer. Before I did that I checked to see what whopper was really in the bag. Like I said it was the double whopper with cheese no tomatoes. So I motioned my finger for one of the workers to come to the window. I told her what whopper we was missing. So pulled forward again and again waited a good 10 to 15 minutes more which felt like 20 to 30 minutes for a single patty whopper burger. As we was waiting and more cars pulling forward waiting or even driving off a lady pulled beside us and said to us that they are horrible at customer service. I didn't have that experience. Just them taking 30 to 45 minutes of making our order and having to wait again cause they didn't complete our order. Ok so now about this exact change. I understand a shortage on change. If this is the case then why doesn't all businesses change the menu pricing to where there is no change cause not everyone is gonna be carrying a bunch of change in there pockets or in there vehicle.

Terrible. I waited for 30 minutes. They were laughing and joking the whole time. Customer services wasn't even a factor.

This is worst location! They're always saying that their system is down & they can't take any orders or they're only accepting cash payments. Whether it's morning or afternoon, same game. I think the employees have figured out how to finesse Burger King for extra cash.

I stopped here to grab something to eat and they didn't have any one working the drive through. They just let you sit there. Burger King's front offices need to get their places of business in order. I won't be back to burger king! ZERO STARS

I was rushed through the drive-thru and then when I got my food it was what I ordered
Overall it was an okay experience using the drive-thru. I went around 5 o’clock. Although it wasn’t busy, I had to wait a while. Only problem I had was that you could literally see the salt on the fries and it was wayyyy too salty. Also, the girl was rude on the speaker but she made up for it at the window.
Shakira was very nice and polite made sure I had everything I needed. Keep up the good work!!!!
